How to find the resolution of my image
Step 1
Locate the file you wish to upload on your computer
Step 2
Right click on the image. This will bring up a drop down menu. Left click the last option "Properties"
Step 3
After you click, this menu will appear. Find the "Details" tab and left click it.
Step 4
Scroll down until you see the section titled "Image". Directly below that you will find dimensions, width, height, horizontal resolution and vertical resolutions.
Step 5
Compare these numbers to the chart below. If your numbers are the same or bigger, our website will accept your image. Keep in mind that minimum requirements will be acceptable but we really recommend using an image that has at least 200 pixels per inch, or, in other words, bigger than the second chart.
